Aditya has more than 11 years of experience in dispute resolution and specializes in corporate, commercial and civil litigation and arbitrations. Prior to establishing ORTIS Law Offices, Aditya was part of Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., New Delhi and erstwhile Amarchand Mangaldas Suresh A. Shroff and Co.
Aditya represents clients across a variety of sectors, including aviation, telecommunication, automobile, power, insurance, transportation, information technology, real estate etc. He has advised both domestic and international clients located across a wide range of jurisdictions. Further, his practice area mainly includes matters relating to company and shareholder disputes, employment related issues, tender related disputes, white collar crimes, real estate disputes, infrastructure and engineering disputes, land acquisition, other corporate and commercial disputes, debt recovery matters and consumer litigation.
He regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts across the country, District Courts, Central Information Commission, Consumer Forums and in arbitrations and mediations.
He also regularly advices his clients to ensure that they are compliant with the existing data protection laws, including Information Technology Act, 2000 and Rules/ Guidelines framed thereunder.
Aditya also advises several multinational companies on their day-to-day legal issues concerning commercial and business affairs, commercial contracts, including Power Purchase Agreements, Service Agreements, Employment Agreements and related documentations. Aditya also handles the entire gamut of employment matters including, issues pertaining to termination of employees, ESOP’s (Employee Stock Options), benefits, disciplinary action etc.
Aditya has serviced key clients, including InterGlobe Aviation Ltd., Citibank, Tata Communications Ltd., Bharti Group, Samsung India Electronics Private Limited, vivo Mobile India Private Limited, CP Wholesale, Lufthansa German Airlines and Austrian Airlines, Mahyco Monsanto Biotech (India) Private Limited, Micromax Informatics Limited, Reliance JioInfocomm Ltd. etc.
