Sandeep has more than 18 years of dispute resolution experience and specializes in commercial and civil litigation and arbitrations. Significant part of his practice has been advising and representing clients in matters relating to patent and copyright infringement issues, joint venture, company and shareholder disputes, employment related issues, merger and demerger schemes, insolvency, tender related disputes, white collar crimes, real estate disputes, infrastructure and engineering disputes, other corporate and commercial disputes, debt recovery matters and consumer litigation. Sandeep also guides clients on their day-to-day corporate legal issues and compliances.
Currently, Sandeep is spearheading high stake and multi-million-dollar infringement litigations on behalf of an Israeli entity across various forums in India. Sandeep and his team are also actively involved in prosecution and trial of several patents, trademark and copyright litigations, being handled by the firm. Apart from the same, Sandeep is also regularly involved in formulating IP strategy, managing and strategizing patents and designs prosecutions in India and abroad.
Sandeep regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts across the country, Intellectual Property Appellate Board, Patent Office, National Company Law Tribunal and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, Appellate Tribunal for Electricity, District Courts, Consumer Forums and the Debt Recovery Tribunal.
He also represents clients across a variety of sectors, including diamond industry, aviation, telecommunication, automobile, infra-tech, power, aviation, transportation, defence, food and beverages, information technology, hospitality sector, healthcare and pharmaceutical, apparel, real estate etc. He has advised both domestic and international clients located across a wide range of jurisdictions including the United Kingdom, United States of America, Singapore, Japan, Israel, Korea, Canada, to name a few.
Sandeep has extensive experience in the field of Trusts and Estate Planning and has been involved in complex estate planning in the past.
Prior to establishing ORTIS Law Offices, Sandeep was part of Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., New Delhi, Luthra & Luthra Law Offices (now L&L Partners Law Offices), New Delhi and had also gained litigation experience with Shri J. K. Seth, Senior Advocate. Sandeep headed the dispute resolution team of IndusLaw, Delhi Office for a period of two and a half years, and successfully built a formidable dispute resolution team at IndusLaw Delhi Office.

Aditya has more than 11 years of experience in dispute resolution and specializes in corporate, commercial and civil litigation and arbitrations. Prior to establishing ORTIS Law Offices, Aditya was part of Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., New Delhi and erstwhile Amarchand Mangaldas Suresh A. Shroff and Co.
Aditya represents clients across a variety of sectors, including aviation, telecommunication, automobile, power, insurance, transportation, information technology, real estate etc. He has advised both domestic and international clients located across a wide range of jurisdictions. Further, his practice area mainly includes matters relating to company and shareholder disputes, employment related issues, tender related disputes, white collar crimes, real estate disputes, infrastructure and engineering disputes, land acquisition, other corporate and commercial disputes, debt recovery matters and consumer litigation.

Hemal was the part of the Intellectual Property lawyers’ delegation to attend and represent INDIA in symposium arranged by JAPAN PATENT OFFICE in year 2014.
Hemal had the opportunity to argue and appear before the Larger Bench of Gujarat High Court constituted to answer the reference raised in one of the burning issue regarding the law of tortious liability. The said judgment paved way for disposal of more than hundred matters that were pending before the Hon’ble Gujarat High Court thus, benefiting the victims of the accident.
