With more than a decade’s experience in litigation and disputes resolution, Nirali specializes in handling commercial and civil disputes and also renders advice on corporate issues. Her practice centers around matters relating to IPR, employment law, minor and major minerals, education, insolvency disputes, tender related issues among others. Nirali additionally has hands-on experience of criminal trials and handling matters related to white-collar crimes. Presently, Nirali heads the Ahmedabad Office of ORTIS.
Nirali regularly appears before the High Court of Gujarat, trial courts as well as other judicial and quasi judicial foras.
Prior to becoming part of ORTIS, Nirali gained litigation experience at the chambers of Senior Advocate, Mr. Harish Salve, at the Supreme Court and has thereafter, been practicing before the High Court of Gujarat and advises various clients across diverse sectors within the State of Gujarat.
